Private health checks can be basic, standard, or more advanced. Private health checks are reasonably priced for basic and standard health checks. Advanced health checks can be over £500.

Yes, you can change or upgrade your subscription at any time after a discussion with our membership team.

If you choose a membership package (starting from £45 a month), these are agreements for 12 months and renewal is discussed at the end of this period.

No. Our membership team will always discuss renewal with you if you are happy to do so after the 12-month period.

Please contact our patient services team, and they will assist you with the cancellation process.

You do not need a referral from a doctor to book a private health check or a full body health check. If you would like to book a private health check you can discuss your needs with our health professionals over the phone without obligation.

You do not need a formal health check request from your existing doctor. You can book a private health check, general health check or private full body health check at any time. Please call us on 01253 834055 or e mail admin@oncalldoctors.co.uk.

Private health checks are initially carried out by our nurses who will do your physical measurements and take blood samples.  A follow up appointment to discuss your results is always with one of our private doctors.

We pride ourselves on a no rush service. Private health checks at OnCall Doctors are done over two dedicated appointments with a nurse and then a doctor. The entire process takes at least an hour.

For non-members we would take a small deposit prior to your private health check appointment. If you cancel your private health check appointment this may not be automatically refundable.

OnCall Doctors staff will always try to help you and arrange appointments to suit your lifestyle. Appointments can be changed for private health checks if enough notice is given.

Private health checks and full body private health checks can be booked weeks or months in advance. We would however take at least a deposit for advance appointments.

Health check results for private or general health checks can take from 24-72hrs to come back from our laboratories. You will be booked a follow up appointment after the bloods and physical measurements are completed.

All private, general, and full body health check results will be given to you and discussed with a doctor. You will be provided with a digital copy of your results.
